The soap star was flooded with support after the update
The soap star was a fan favourite on the long running ITV show as Priya Sharma in 2011. The 44-year-old exited the show this year to pursue other opportunities and she has joined the cast of hit play 2:22.

Fiona will perform the show in Merseyside when it comes to the Liverpool Empire from April 2 - 6. She will star alongside Jay McGuiness, Vera Chock and George Rainsford in the production.
