As Laurel Thomas faced the fright of her life when she was kidnapped and held hostage by Colin Hamston, fans at home couldn't help but notice all of her missed chances to escape
As Emmerdale favourite Laurel Thomas found herself at the mercy of Marshall's homophobic father Colin this week, fans at home couldn’t help but share their frustrations at all of the star’s missed opportunities for escape.
Thankfully, Laurel was able to briefly escape the room, after she knocked Colin out with his Bible and made a run for it - only to find that the doors were all locked, something which stopped her escape and lead to her being caught once again by the deranged dad. Taking to social media, one fan wrote: "Bit of advice Laurel - while you're gabbing to Colin who has his back you - quietly back towards the door then open it and run like hell."
