BREAKING: Emergency services tape off Bridgewater Canal towpath as police at scene - latest updates
Police are at the scene of an incident this afternoon as emergency services have been scrambled a location beside the Bridgewater Canal.
Officers are lining Vicars Hall Lane in Worsley, with multiple police cars seen near a bridge that crosses the canal. Police tape is now up at the scene, cordoning off the paths along the canal.Greater Manchester Police and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for comment.
