The female Staffordshire bull terrier was seen 'emaciated'
A dog was found 'emaciated' on a Glasgow road after a man was confronted over the state of the animal.
She is now in the care of one of the Scottish SPCA's rehoming centres, with the charity launching an investigation into the incident. Scottish SPCA inspector, Gillian Dick, said, “The dog is a tan, adult female Staffordshire bull terrier type dog. She is in extremely poor condition and emaciated.
