EXCLUSIVE: EastEnders and Casualty star Nigel Harman has opened up to OK! about the stress that comes with competing in Strictly Come Dancing, sharing that he's lost a 'few kilos'
Strictly Come Dancing has already begun to take its toll on Nigel Harman, the EastEnders and Casualty actor has revealed.
He told us: "Just teaching my body how to move again in all sorts of crazy ways, that's been the hardest thing. And just getting the message from there to here." Nigel found fame playing doomed Dennis Rickman on EastEnders 20 years ago and has since starred in Casualty as Max Christie. He explained: "It’s a little bit overwhelming like being fired out of a cannon and you’re not sure where you’re going to land and hoping it’ll be safely and sometime soon.And although he may have found dance-training a rather stressful experience, Nigel's hard work appeared to pay off as he finished top of the leaderboard on Saturday night.
