It's expected the presenter won't return to his GB News breakfast show with Isabel Webster until the new year

Eamonn Holmes has recently opened up about his 'hellish few weeks' after he fractured his shoulder after undergoing back surgery.

Appearing on GB News this week, Eamonn gave an update on his health and said he is trying to look on the bright side. "It’s been a hellish few weeks. But day by day I’m improving, and I am remaining positive and trying to look on the bright side." "Eamonn is thankfully turning a corner after his operation. He is getting better and the whole family has rallied round, but it has been hard for Ruth," a source told New Magazine.

The TV star recently opened up about feeling 'humiliated' after struggling to walk before covering the late Queen Elizabeth's funeral due to his condition.
