The family of a 15-year-old boy who died when he was hit by a car while cycling could finally be given the answers they have been waiting years for.

Since then, the investigation has concluded with no charges being brought. Now, Dylan's mum Tracy Milligan has been given a provisional date by Preston Coroner’s Court of January 15, 16 and 19, 2024.
