Sean Dyche has tipped Amadou Onana for a "massive future" but remained coy over Everton contract talks with Jarrad Branthwaite.
Dyche admitted that they have tinkered with the 22-year-old in various positions in midfield but dropped a hint that he could spend time further back after enjoying success deeper in the Blues' system.READ MORE: A different beast' - National media react to Everton Carabao Cup win over Aston Villa "He's certainly got the physical capabilities to go into the 10 spot and crash the box from wide areas but his history suggests he's slightly better deeper.
"But I said, 'if that player was €2million, everyone would say he's a young player see how he goes. But put a big price on it, the demand goes up immediately.' They're young in their true understanding of the Premier League, they have a massive future in front of them.
