Dunelm has confirmed its plans to open a new store in Watford Shopping Centre on December 5. The store will offer a wide range of home furnishings and made-to-measure services, but no café. Poundland is also set to open in the same space.
The retailer has confirmed it is planning to launch the brand on December 5, after signs about an opening date appeared on hoarding outside its atria Watford unit.
In May, Dunelm revealed it will be moving into the upper mall level of the former John Lewis store in the shopping centre. It was then revealed, over the summer, that the home furnishings retailer was aiming to openIt had previously been confirmed that the 33,000-square-foot store will have “pretty much everything” in Dunelm's range, including made-to-measure services, although there won’t be a café.
Poundland has been confirmed as another business set to open in the former John Lewis space, which is being divided into smaller units.
