The incident happened just after 3am this morning
Police were called to Halliwell Road at the junction of Draycott Street in Bolton just after 3am this morning on Saturday, July 8.
The driver of the second vehicle was rushed to hospital with serious and potentially life-threatening injuries. Police are now appealing to anyone who many have witnessed the incident or have dashcam or doorbell footage.
