In the same way, it is easier to feel hopeful if we focus on hope as a daily action. A walk outside to see the sun or birds, listening to a song with a lyric that helps you express how you are feeling, a step forward in a problem you are facing, an act of kindness from someone else – these moments all contribute to spark a sense of hope and, if we notice them, we can build some momentum.
