Two people have been arrested.
Police have launched a double murder investigation following the deaths of two men in an incident in Leeds yesterday.
Just after 11am yesterday police received a report of a man having been stabbed in Hill Top Avenue, Harehills. Officers attended and found a seriously injured male in Back Hill Top Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Another man was found at a nearby address with serious injuries. Police said he was taken to hospital for emergency treatment but was pronounced dead a short time later.
A third man was also found with a serious injury to his hand. The 46-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to hospital for treatment.A scene is in place in the area to undergo forensic examination and specialist searches.Get in touch with our news team by emailing us at
