JUST IN: An investigation is underway for a double homicide of a man and woman in Marshfield, Mass., DA confirms.
A double homicide was under investigation Wednesday morning in Marshfield, Massachusetts, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office.
A man and a woman were killed in the double murder, according to DA Tim Cruz. Prosecutors don't believe this was a random act of violence. The killings are being investigated by the Marshfield Police Department and Massachusetts State Police. Massachusetts State Police and Marshfield Police are investigating the double homicide of a man and a woman. The investigation is active and ongoing at this time. Preliminarily, this does not appear to be a random act of violence.Multiple law enforcement agencies were seen on Gotham Hill Road Wednesday morning, including Marshfield police, state and the county DA's office.
