BREAKING: A man has pleaded guilty to being in charge of two dogs that attacked and killed a pensioner in her own home.
A man has pleaded guilty to being in charge of twoLucille Downer, 85, died in April 2021 after being attacked by the two American bulldogs and suffering a wound to her neck.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply, and to producing the drug at an address in the street where Mrs Downer was attacked, in Rowley Regis, West Midlands.
