A sofa-in-a-box? We had to put it to the test...
I'll be honest, my flat is not big. Anyone who lives in London knows how expensive the rent is, so a one bedroom flat with a size of probably no more than 50²ft all-in is what we're working with. My hallway/entrance way has a total width of 1 metre and the doorway to the living room where the sofa will actually be going offers even less than that, perhaps 75cm.
Once the order was placed, the home customer service team kept me informed at every stage of the delivery and, the night before the aptly-named ‘swift’ delivery, Panther - the shipping service the brand uses - contacted me to let me know my delivery window. If you have a small recycling bin, it's a huge bonus that the delivery men/women will actually unbox your sofa for you and take away the packaging.
