The DWP is preparing to issue the next round of £300 payments
The Department for Work and Pensions is preparing to issue the next Cost of Living payment to those who are eligible.
So far, as part of the £900 cost of living payment, £301 has been paid out to DWP benefit and HMRC tax credits claimants.It will be a welcome payout for those continuing to face pressure from the worsening cost of living crisis, which has recently been exacerbated by the Bank of England's base rate review which saw interest rates rise to 5.25 per cent - the highest it's been in over a decade.
