BREAKING: Desperate search launched to rescue man, 19, missing in water
A large search mission has been launched to find a young man who has gone missing in water.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service received ‘several’ calls at around 4.35pm to reports of a person struggling in the water. The police presence at the scene comes on a particularly busy day in The Quays when the hottest day of the year has attracted swimmers diving into the water.
