Denise Welch fumes as Charlene White gets pally with Matt Hancock in I'm A Celeb

Denise Welch is not happy her Loose Women co star Charlene White has been getting pally with Matt Hancock in the jungle

Loose Women panelist Denise Welch has expressed her anger at her fellow panelist Charlene White as she appears to get pally with Matt Hancock on I'm A Celebrity.

In Sunday's episode, the former health secretary was made camp leader after being selected by the public along with Mike Tindall. The pair then had to choose deputies and face each other in a blindfold challenge to be named leader. Matt chose Charlene as his deputy, and after they won the pair had to assign chores to their campmates. The leader and deputy were then exempt from taking part and doing maintenance around the camp.

He denied breaking any Covid laws when grilled about his resignation as Health Secretary in 2021. It followed Hancock and government aide Gina Coladangelo's affair being outed, as well as the fact the pair had broken strict Covid guidelines - which he says was down to him "falling in love".
