TV presenter Davina McCall has candidly opened up about her journey to sobriety, having struggled with drug addiction in the past, and how she turned her life around

Davina, pictured here in 1994, has opened up about her drug addiction, revealing on The Diary Of A CEO podcast thatShe spiralled as a teen and ended up addicted to "all drugs", with a friend eventually intervening and asking her to seek help.“I had just come off the back of a 24 hour cocaine bender which is what made me realise heroin wasn't my problem, all drugs were my problem.”
She added: “I couldn't take cocaine normally either, I couldn't just take it for four hours and then go to bed. I had to take it for 24 hours, I was an animal.”
