A judge has declared Billy Kelly 'dangerous'
A dad attacked a man with machete after he was challenged to a 'straightener' in an 'abusive' TikTok video.
In the early hours of February 7 of last year, Kelly turned up at the man's home armed with a machete. He swung the weapon at the victim a number of times, inflicting a number of serious injuries including a 10cm deep wound to the neck. Kelly, of no fixed abode, has 26 previous convictions for 40 offences, including robbery. Daniel Lister, defending, told the court there was 'another side' to Kelly and he was 'remorseful' for what had happened.
