A dad grabbed, pushed and slapped his wife after she asked for help after one of their children was sick.The 39-year-old grabbed his wife by the shoulder and pushed her against a wardrobe shouting ‘get out of the room’, Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court was told.
He said: ‘This is domestic abuse at its worst. This is a situation where I am asked to accept it was an isolated incident, a one-off.
