CD Projekt Red showed off some of what's coming to Cyberpunk 2077 with the Phantom Liberty expansion, and confirmed some features will also come to the base game.
Cyberpunk 2077 will get a whole lot of new content with its upcoming Phantom Liberty expansion, but CD Projekt Red also confirmed that some of the new features will also come to the base game for players on current-gen consoles with the free Update 2.0.
It's not yet clear how much of these new features will be included with the free Update 2.0, but CD Projekt Red's global communication director Robert Malinowski"vehicle combat isn’t just a Phantom Liberty exclusive — with Update 2.0, expect roadblocks, high-octane shootouts, and of course, MaxTac.
Phantom Liberty comes to Cyberpunk 2077 on September 26 — we'll keep an eye out for more news on Update 2.0.
