An online sex offender has been jailed for three years after being stung by detectives from Cumbria's Cyber and Digital Crime unit.
His offending included asking a woman for naked pictures of a child and telling the woman to sexually assault the child.As well as this, he was found guilty at an earlier hearing of two offences of attempting to facilitate sexual activity with a child following a trial at Carlisle Crown Court. as well as being placed under a ten year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
