The property in Botchergate, Carlisle, is set for a drastic transformation
A former Carlisle bingo hall could be converted into a so-called mixed entertainment venue if submitted plans are approved.
“There are to be no external changes to the building. The site is currently not in use but was until earlier this year used as a bingo club.” The report states: “The proposal is to change this to a mixed entertainment and competitive socialising venue. There will be no changes made to the exterior of the building and the proposal has no impact on any adjoining units on the site.
“Access to the site is already well established with an entry at the lower level from the car park adjacent sharing a dual access point for entry from Botchergate.
