"The last email we had received was at 6.20pm on Monday saying someone would be in touch with us about booking alternative accommodation - but 16 hours later we had heard nothing else. The dad-of-two added: "We can appreciate that it is exceptional circumstances, but the way easyJet have handled it has been shambolic.
