Having paid around £30,000 extra for upgraded features, this couple expected to finally be living in their dream home... But they were in for a nasty shock 😬

A couple claim the ‘forever home’ they paid hundreds of thousands for is riddled with collapsing walls, broken doors, dodgy electrics and even more.

But, when they walked through the door, they claimed ‘it looked like they had moved into an old house that needed doing up’. One of the exterior walls on the four-bedroom property was so ‘wonky’ part of it had to be knocked down and rebuilt. Nadia said: ‘My first reaction was to break down in tears. I just cried and got very upset. Since then I’ve had many sleepless nights and my health has deteriorated.’
