Corrie favourite Jennie McAlpine has shared her simple weight loss tip that's helped her slim down. The soap star has dropped three dress sizes over the years and credits a game console for her achievement.
Even though Jennie has worked hard for her impressive weight loss, she actually doesn't like to talk about body image and doesn't follow strict diet plans, Birmingham Live reports. Jennie has undergone an incredible transformation over the years and she has told fans that getting into shape mostly by “common sense”. Explaining how to start the diet, Jennie insists that trusting your own instinct about what is good and bad for you is the perfect place to start.
Jennie said that she did not "over-worry" about the diet by keeping it simple and is pleased that this has led to her dropping three dress sizes.
