Corrie's Catherine Tyldesley shows off incredible two and a half stone weight loss
Former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley has candidly opened up about her weight loss journey as she struggled to lose two and a half stone following the birth of her second child last year.
Taking to Instagram to document her new physique, the talented actress shared a snap of herself wearing a black crop top and figure hugging leggings before explaining how her body had changed while carrying her precious little one. The star also reflected on her first pregnancy with son Alfie, in which she had suffered far less complications, as she explained: “Whilst I was pregnant with Alfie I felt great and was weight training till I was 8 months pregnant. I felt strong and recovery was so fast. With Iris I felt so weak and vulnerable.
She continued: “It’s been really hard at times but for me - But - having children means I want to give them the best version of me, and I want to live for as long as I can.
