Police are appealing for witnesses.
We previously reported cops were called to Byres Road yesterday afternoon after a man was robbed at around 4.40pm.
Pictures taken at the scene yesterday show the road was cordoned off on the corner of Byres Road and Lawrence Street The 27-year-old was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital following the incident and his condition is not known.The suspect is described as being a man with a stocky build. He was wearing black cargo trousers, a white t-shirt, a black long-sleeved jacket, and a black and white cap.Detective Inspector Sarah-Jane Finnigan said:"Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
