Graham and his partner Sean Keeling were SIX down at the turn but fought back to earn a half point
Blairgowrie golfer Connor Graham pulled off a remarkable comeback in the opening match of the Junior Ryder Cup.
Teaming-up with Ireland’s Sean Keeling, the European pair found themselves six down after nine holes in the morning foursomes against Jay Leng Jr and Billy Davis of the USA. But heads never dropped in Rome and, suddenly, there was a momentum shift with Graham and Keeling starting to reduce the deficit.
After winning the 10th hole, Europe then went on to win 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 to earn a dramatic half point.
