When its site was put on the market, Nolans shared an announcement that it was moving to a new location within the town’s high street., had its rent set at £26,500 a year. There have been several businesses going on the market around the town centre recently, but the estate agents added that they have largely proved popular and resulted from leases ending or personal circumstances for owners rather than financial struggles.
