The comedian said that people thought it was part of the act.
He said in a video post:"I’ve been performing up in Glasgow and there’s a bit in my routine where I pretend to be Jason Statham.“Oh my God! It was shooting pains and I was rolling around on the floor, and people thought it was part of the act.”
He explained that he managed to finish the show after his manager slipped him a crutch and has since taken ibuprofen.A post shared by Alan Carr Friends and fans shared their sympathies and well wishes for the Chatty Man, including Vanessa Feltz who commented:"Phew! Speedy recovery."
