Fans of Loose Women were left shocked after Coleen Nolan opened up about how much she spends each year on cigarettes.Christine Lampard said the health secretary Therese Coffey, a smoker, couldn’t answer questions during an interview about where money would be spent on anti-smoking campaigns and help, citing there was an order of demand. She then went on to ask Coleen about the financial aspect of the habit, reports MyLondon.
Coleen, from Blackpool, said: “When I smoke them up north - well, I smoke them down south too - they cost around £15. But in London, they could cost me £20.” Another said: “What brand of fags are you smoking Coleen??! #loosewomen.” A third commented: “12000 grand a year!! That's 2 packs a day. #LooseWomen.”
However, some agreed the price of cigarettes are expensive, as one person wrote: “My husband is just the same as @NolanColeen I refuse to hear him moan about money while he buys cigs, his are 11.70 per packet just ridiculous and his health is suffering, but it’s his choice! #loosewomen.”
