The Loose Women panellist wants to offer comfort in difficult times
Dealing with grief is one of the hardest things a person can ever go through. Whether you've lost a loved one or you're supporting someone who has, those days, months and years can seem like the biggest struggle.
The podcast, titled Let's Talk About Grief, is presented by Coleen. The presenter will chat to celebrity friends about how they coped in the darkest of times after losing someone they love, WalesOnline reports. They’ll also be sharing their best advice in the hope it’ll help anyone out there who needs to hear it most. Each episode will touch on a different theme, from losing a parent, sibling or spouse to finding happiness and purpose after they’re gone.
