A coffee and florist shop has apologised to customers after it was reportedly shut by enforcement officers.

La Vie En Rose in Bushey High Road announced on its Facebook page today that it will be closed for the “next few days”. The post said: “It’s very embarrassing for us as well to come and find our premises have been closed by the enforcement officers for a problem that is out of our control.
