To help tackle the issue, carpet cleaner Stan Tomov from Fantastic Cleaners has revealed some handy tips to getting all those stains out of your carpet, including the a cheap cleaning hack that will make any unpleasant smell disappear.How do I get an alcohol smell out of the carpet? The expert says that spilling your drink can lead to visible stains on your carpet as well as the dreaded lingering smell of alcohol in the carpet fibres.
To help prevent a further mess down the road, quickly pick up any excess food. Then, all you need to do is create a simple solution of warm water and bicarbonate of soda and pour it directly onto the food stain.
