The branch has announced its closure with a notice on its door
A city centre branch of Tesco Express is set to close next month. The shop, which is located right next to Liverpool John Moores University 'Mount Pleasant' campus, has been frequented by students for years.
A notice on the window, of the Mount Pleasant store, reads: "This store will permanently close on Friday 10th November at 6pm. Your nearest Tesco store is: Bold Street Skelhorne, Clayton, Brownlow Hill."
