And my answer was always unabashedly, ‘Yes’. I couldn’t imagine a world in which I silenced myself.
When I ask if she’s dating at the moment, she predictably says, “I like to keep my private life private.” But then she smiles impetuously, as if she’s hurtling off-script but can’t stop herself. “I’m in a long-term relationship. And I really enjoy that.” , Moretz has previously spoken about how they initially tried to “pray the gay away”. But her mum was “incredibly supportive”, she says.
