The British Transport Police have released a picture of two women they wish to speak with.
British Transport Police are asking if anyone recognises the two women who were travelling on the Central Line around two weeks ago A pair of women are being sought by the British Transport Police after an assault on the London Underground led to a three-year-old falling to the platform floor. The child’s mum had tried to intervene in an argument between the women and a man taking place on a Central Line train at around 10pm on October 8.
‘At around 10pm on 8 October 2023, the victim intervened in an argument between two other women and a man on a Central Line train. ‘Following this, the one of the women punched the victim on the platform, causing her 3-year-old child to fall to the floor on the platform. ‘Officers believe the women in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
