Chelsea failed in their bid to land Rafael Leao from AC Milan in the summer but their interest remains with Graham Potter claiming he has “the skills and talent” to excel in the Premier League.
The bid, thought to be around £70m, fell short of Milan’s asking price with the winger’s release clause set at £130m. “Then what he will be in the future I don’t know but he is playing really well with Milan. He has the skills and the talent of being able to play well in the Premier League too.”
