Italy international Alessio Romagnoli looks set to miss Lazio's Champions League showdown at Celtic next week after suffering a broken nose.
But he suffered a clash of heads during the game and although he played on for the 90 minutes he had to get treatment after the game.They stated:"The medical staff communicates that Alessio Romagnoli underwent clinical and instrumental tests at Paideia International Hospital. He will definitely miss Lazio's weekend clash against AC Milan today and is expected to be out for the following games against Celtic and Atalanta.
