Preheat a wok over a medium heat, then add the coconut oil. Heat for a minute before adding the chorizo. Fry gently for 3-4 minutes until crisp. Remove the chorizo, then increased the heat and add the prawns. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until they turn pink, then set aside. Add the onion, pepper, courgette and chilli to the empty wok and fry for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften. Add the spring onions, stir-fry for a minute then add the cooked noodles and chilli sauceRecipe by160g each of broccoli florets and sliced carrotsPlace the sliced beef in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, then set for 10 minutesHeat a wok and add the oil. When smoking, add the beef and stir fry on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add vegetables and the rest of the sauce to cook for a further 2 minutes, or until cooked. If looking a little dry, add a few tbsps of water. Serve while hot.550g cooked jasmine rice140g small tin of sweetcorn 1 inch fresh root ginger, peeled, finely gratedSeasoning
