BREAKING: Police release CCTV footage after three attempted kidnappings that saw schoolgirls targeted
Police have released CCTV footage in the hunt for a driver who could be behind a string of attempted kidnappings in Salford. Detectives have issued footage of a 'vehicle of interest' following reports a motorist tried to kidnap a 15-year-old schoolgirl.
It is believed that he made advances to her and tried to physically get her to go with him to his car, which was a dark hatchback. Detectives are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information that could assist with the investigations to come forward. The force is also appealing for the owner of the vehicle to make contact.
