Officers say the incident took place at Swindon Street in Clydebank on Friday, October 20 at around 4.10pm.The man is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, of a slim build, bald and he has a facial tattoo under his left eye. He was wearing blue jeans, a checked shirt underneath a burgundy jumper, light brown shoes and a grey beanie hat.
