In the first image one person in a hooded coat and helmet is walking with one hand in a pocket, and in the second they are sat on the back of a moped being driven by someone dressed the same way.Community support officer Alan Waller said: “I’d like to speak to the two people pictured as they are thought to have been in the area at this time of this incident and could be able to assist enquiries.
Police are asking anyone who recognises the helmets or has any information about the theft to contact them by emailing alan.waller@herts.police.uk or calling 101, quoting 41/79267/22.
