Lytham St Annes care home with not enough staff and cupboards full of out of date medicine
Staff at a care home have been told to make improvements after a health watchdog found a series of shortfalls in its service.

Family members who spoke to the CQC inspectors also raised their concerns with the issues surrounding medications at the home.
