It has been put in special measures
A Nottingham care home has been placed in special measures after being deemed 'inadequate' by inspectors. Alexandra Lodge Care Home, situated in Lucknow Drive, Mapperley Park, received a visit by the Care Quality Commission in May this year.
The CQC said there were also increased risks of people developing pressure ulcers to areas of their body. Records from April 2023 showed a person was not repositioned in line with their care plan for 29 days, the report said. The home, which declined to comment on the report, was given the worst possible rating in three areas - safe, effective and well-led - but remains 'good' in caring and responsive.
