Blackburn cannabis farmer who staged dirty protest in back of police car
A cannabis farmer who carried out a dirty protest in the back of a police car has been told to stay indoors every night for six months.
At Blackburn Magistrates' Court today prosecutor Sameena Chaudhry said that while under investigation for the cannabis production 29-year-old Delaney had committed two acts of criminal damage after being interviewed at Waterfoot Police Station."The defendant had just left the police station when he became abusive and aggressive," Ms Chaudhry said. "He went over the road and called 999 from a telephone box saying he'd been assaulted.
