Darwen café boss who had bag snatched on street outside work makes heartfelt vow to culprit
A kindhearted café boss has made a vow to a local criminal who snatched her bag on the street outside her work - and doesn't want him to be punished.

However, she was also told of an alternative method of seeking justice, as she was asked if she would rather sit down and talk to the person who committed the crime, with the police there too.
