CHANCELLOR Rishi Sunak will unveil the latest Budget and Spending Review on Wednesday and there is already plenty of speculation on what it could contain.

Previously the government has claimed it wants to reduce the earning limit for auto-enrolment eligibility - which currently stands at £10,000- and cut the age of eligibility from the age of 21.
